Please read these Terms carefully before entering any Ruck & Reward fantasy competitions.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ruck & Reward (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By entering, registering, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before taking part. Ruck & Reward is a community-run fantasy rugby competition and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional rugby club, league, or governing body.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to participants aged 18 and over.
  • Entry is open worldwide.
  • By joining, you confirm that participation in a paid fantasy competition is legal in your country of residence.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel entries that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.

3. Entry Fees & Payments

  • Entry fees are paid via PayPal’s secure checkout system.
  • Your entry link is available for download once your payment has been successfully processed.
  • All entry fees are non-refundable post round 1 kick-off, except where the competition is cancelled.
  • Only the team name provided at checkout will be accepted as part of the competition. Any other team names entered will not be considered part of the competition and will not win any prizes.

4. Competition Rules

The competition follows the official fantasy rugby rules in place at the time. We do not operate our own fantasy platform; therefore, any disputes regarding fantasy gameplay or scoring should be directed to the official fantasy platform used.

5. Prizes

  • The total prize pool is determined by the number of valid entries.
  • Prize distribution will be clearly stated on the website before the competition begins.
  • Prizes are paid out via PayPal to the same account used for entry, unless another method has been agreed upon in advance.
  • Prizes are normally sent within 7 days of the competition ending.

6. Fair Play & Conduct

Participants must not attempt to manipulate results, use multiple accounts to gain advantage, or engage in any unfair behaviour. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant suspected of dishonest activity. Our decision on rule interpretations, disputes, or results is final.

Participation by Organisers:
Members of the Ruck & Reward team may also enter and compete in the same leagues as participants. Organisers pay the same entry fees, play under the same rules, and are eligible to win prizes based solely on official results. The organisers have no special access to scoring data, team information, or prize allocation, and participate purely as members of the community.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If the competition is cancelled, all paid entries will be refunded.
  • If the competition must be terminated early due to unforeseen circumstances, all entries will be refunded minus the paypal transaction fee.
  • No refunds are issued once the competition has started outside of the above conditions.

8. Liability

This is a friendly, community-run fantasy competition. Participation is at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any losses, damages, or technical issues affecting your ability to participate. PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal’s own terms and conditions.

9. Privacy

We only collect your email address and PayPal transaction details for the purpose of confirming entries and issuing prizes. We do not sell, share, or store any additional personal data. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any updates will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued participation means you accept the revised Terms.
